My journey to Islam began long before I arrived in Oman, but it was Oman that showed me Islam not as an idea, but as a living reality.
Walking through Muscat’s mosques, travelling across the mountains of Jebel Akhdar, or speaking with fishermen on the shores of the Oman Sea — I discovered a culture built on hospitality, humility, and deep spirituality.
And slowly, step by step, I realised: this is the path I was searching for.

Today, I explore Oman with the eyes of both a newcomer and someone who has found a spiritual home.
My goal with OmanExplorer is simple:
to share the beauty of this country and explain Islam through the honest perspective of a convert — someone who came with questions and found answers through real experiences.
OMAN CHANGE ME
I came to Oman as a traveller, but Oman reshaped my heart.
Here I found a version of Islam that is lived quietly — through character, kindness, and the way people treat each other.
This place made me understand that faith is not only knowledge…
it is behaviour, community, and inner peace.
This section of my journey is about gratitude — for the people who welcomed me, for the clarity I found, and for the chance to share my experience with those still searching.
I hope my journey inspires others to see Oman not only as a travel destination, but as a place of wisdom, peace, and transformation — just as it became for me.
